This unusual headpiece  is made from a circle of pleated organza which is  attached to a button base covered in matching beaded fabric and trimmed with a cream feather.
 
The saucer is approximately 8.5” (22cms) across.  It has been designed to be worn at an angle on the right side of the head but can be made to be worn on the other side . 
 
Ideal for special occasions, weddings, the races, garden parties, brides and bridesmaids.  
 
Similar versions can be made in other colours.   Because all items are hand made, there may be slight variations in shape and size.

All of my pieces are hand-blocked or shaped, stiffened and, where appropriate, wired, using traditional millinery techniques. The highest quality materials are used, and each piece is hand-stitched with the greatest of care.
