This trilby stlye hat is made from a toned brown and beige Melusine fur felt. Melusine felt is made from fur felt with long, fine fibres, which has been brushed to create a silky long- haired finish.  The hat is trimmed with a leather band and a feather. 
 
The crown of the hat is approximately 5” (13cms) deep and the inside of the hat measures approximately 23” (58cms) and so fits an average to large women’s head size.    It is very comfortable to wear. 
 
Ideal for special autumn and winter occasions, weddings, the races and every day winter wear.

All of my pieces are hand-blocked or shaped, stiffened and, where appropriate, wired, using traditional millinery techniques. The highest quality materials are used, and each piece is hand-stitched with the greatest of care.
