This elegant headpiece is made from brown felt and velvet and is trimmed with felt and a feather.
 
The headpiece has a button based which measures approximately 7” (18cms) across and so fits any head size. The button is made from brown felt and is trimmed with brown felt which has been wired and edged with black velvet. The trim is folded and twisted and wrapped around the button. The button tased also has felt trimming and a feather.
 
The headpiece is attached to the head with elastic.  It can be worn on either side of the head.   It is very comfortable to wear. 
 
Ideal for special autumn and winter occasions, weddings, lunches  and the races.
 
Similar versions can be made in other colours.   Because all items are hand made, there may be slight variations in shape and size.

All of my pieces are hand-blocked or shaped, stiffened and, where appropriate, wired, using traditional millinery techniques. The highest quality materials are used, and each piece is hand-stitched with the greatest of care.
